Problem: I AM planning an upgrade to Win-7 Home Prem from Vista Hope Prem (Both 32 Bit flavors). Are ther any known problems with this ???

Winmx and Peerguardian will work with windows 7.

Install our patch and 3.53 from here then extract the 3.54 exe file from the zip file also here and copy it into the winmx folder with winmx off. You will then have a working 3.54Beta4.

Install Peerguardian follow these instructions.
